The story of Kika’s Neveria & Mexican Snacks began with the successful experience of Las Catrinas, the dream come true for Aldo and Erika. It all started when they were dating and loved going out to dinner at different restaurants in their hometown, Guadalajara. They paid close attention to every flavor, color, and texture of each taco, torta, tostada, and gordita… not to mention Doña Gloria’s famous pozole that made their dates unforgettable. All those nights fueled their passion for Mexican cuisine.

After immigrating to the United States and missing the authentic taste of traditional Tapatían food, they decided to bring those cherished flavors and recipes to Colorado, opening Las Catrinas, a food truck that blends their unique flavors with the classic tastes of Guadalajara.

Thanks to the rich experience and success of Las Catrinas, Kika’s Neveria & Mexican Snacks now aims to offer the best of Mexican sweets and ice creams in Fort Collins.
